The Welcome Project gives immediate practical support to asylum seekers living in and near Leicester, with:
Gifts of food
The Project can also try and help people when they are having difficulties; making phone calls, writing letters, advocating for them, referring them to appropriate organisations and giving informal advice.
The WOMEN’S WELCOME PROJECT (one arm of the above project) provides a drop-in exclusively for female asylum seekers and their children on Tuesdays, 1pm – 3pm, at the Church of the Martyrs Church Hall, 19 Westcotes Drive, Leicester.
