Service Overview

High quality primary healthcare for homeless and other marginalised people in Leicester.

Appointments are bookable on the day, call 0116 221 2780 from 8am on the day to book an appointment for the morning or afternoon, the phone lines can be very busy so please keep trying.

You can also come to Charles Berry House at 8am or drop into the Dawn Centre from 8.30am for an appointment with a nurse on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. A doctor is usually available at the Dawn Centre on a Tuesday although this may change from time to time.

Inclusion Practice is here to look after your health care needs and deal with a whole range of health problems. Anyone who is homeless or in temporary housing is able to register with the practice .

Services available include daily GP, Advance Nurse Practitioner, Practice nurse & Health Care Support Worker appointments. In addition to this we provide a range of health care services including Physiotherapy, Optician, Mental Health support, Substance misuse & midwifery.

We work closely with Partner agencies from other Homeless services in Leicester including the city council, Action Homeless, One Roof, Homeless Mental Health Service, Turning Point & The Bridge to support all aspects of an individual’s needs.

We are always available to offer advice and support to carers and other services working with those that are homeless.

You do not need to be referred to this service to register, just come to one of our venues and talk to the reception staff, they will be happy to support and explain our service to you and register you with the practice.
